If you desire to have a copy of any information we have on file, please email support@flairInvent.com and request a copy.
Your personal privacy is our most important concern. At flairInvent, we recognize that whether you are considering a business relationship with us, or are an existing customer, you have an interest in how we collect, retain, and use information about you and your business relationship with us.
flairInvent does not sell customer information to outside parties.
You should also be aware that there may be situations where we are legally required to disclose information about you, such as in response to a subpoena, to prevent fraud, or to comply with a legally permitted inquiry by a governmental agency or federal regulator.
Customer Privacy
At flairInvent, our employee access to your information is authorized strictly for business purposes only and access to such information is based on staff authorization level. Employees are reminded regularly of their obligations under Contract, which states our requirements for using your information. Disregard of these requirements will result in disciplinary action, including termination in appropriate cases.
Access to any of the flairInvent’s Gateways is through https:// security, and as much as we can, users offline information is protected. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.
We have established and continually maintain security standards and procedures to help us protect you from unauthorized access to confidential information about you, including through the Internet.
Information Security
flairInvent employs an additional protection mechanism known as a firewall to protect our computer systems and your information from external intrusion. Firewalls can be thought of as selective barriers that only let authorized traffic (i.e., you, your customers) through to flairInvent's systems.
Since this policy may change over time as we modify or expand our service, we suggest that you check back from time to time in order to understand how we treat your information. Any changes made in our privacy policy will be sent to each of our current clients by email. Please be sure we have a current, valid email address on file. Your use of this web site, www.flairInvent.com, or any of our web sites, constitutes your agreement to the terms of the flairInvent privacy policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what personal information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. Your continued use of this web site, www.flairInvent.com, or any of our web sites, constitutes your agreement to any such changes.
